Paradoxical as the term spiritual realism may seem to some, it carries deep original meaning and progressive revolutionary purpose. Spiritual Realism is for people interested in spirituality, but who don’t like the superstition, magical thinking, and infantile emotions that go with what passes for religion and spirituality.
We human beings are undeniably spiritual beings. Surely we are able to explore and awaken to the spiritual without buying into a mass of superstition, magical thinking and infantile god worship. Equally we are capable of exploring and sharing our spiritual insights and questions in a respectful intelligent manner.
